The voting system doesn't work,but I'd choose:

"Driv3r" and "other" (Söldner,Stalker,Civilisation4,Pacific Fighters).

Doom 3 all the way! I played HL2, and wasnt overly impressed. dont get me wrong it was good, but it was also the beta, so i have to give it some room for error. cant wait for it to come out, but doom 3 gets my vote.

Ya, don't know what's up with the voting...  Lips Sealed
But Gearhead, how'd you get to play it? They said only people who work for the company get to play it...  Shocked

There was an "incident" some months ago,in which hackers/crackers stole the source code of HL² and an alpha version of it from the badly secured main server of Valve.
Everyone could download it then from various sources.

This was just a bit of information,so please don't start another "legal/illegal" discussion.

I am waiting for Half life 2 when it comes out, which should be this year but might not be.  Also alpha versions of games are always really bad, they are intended for testing purposes only, not as a preview to the final game.

My system:Intel Q6600@3.6GHz, Corsair XMS2 4GB DDR2-6400 (4-4-4-12-1T) , Sapphire 7850 OC 2BG 920/5000, X-Fi Fatality, Corsair AX 750, 7 Pro x64

I read that Valve is trying very hard to get Half-Life2 out this year, but who knows? I'm gonna have to get it in on XBOX, as my computer will just blow up from just trying to load the main screen.  Wink Grin
And good, I'm glad the Alpha version was bad, so now you don't know what the real game will really be like, mystery! And why would hackers do crap like that?   "Lets just play the crappy alpha verison now, and wait even longer for the real game to come out, dur"  Grin Grin
Also, Chronicles of Riddick, look pretty promising. Not sure how the gameplay is, but it's supposebly the best graphics game for the XBOX to date, looks good from what I saw.

I've played the Beta version of Halo 2 before it was released. Hope they fixed some of the glitches

The only game I have really been anticipating the release of, which has already had several rumored release dates that never happened is the next Gran Turismo for PS2, I have loved the GT titles ever since the original Playstation version, it's been like 3 years since GT3 was released, I sure hope when it does come out it is worth the wait, of course I'm sure it will be.

October 1st is now set as a firm date. They have been delaying this game to make it as perfect as possible and i have a feeling there will be absolutly nothing like it. Its going to be the reason i buy a new PS2 and like you i have been a fan of this series since the first one was released.
