Would anyone care to do a Super Corsair?  I would do it myself except that I have a birth defect that makes it impossible for me to operate Gmax correctly (I suck at it).  I have a extremely detailed 5-view of it for your convenience and can send it to you.  It covers top, bottom, left, right, and front.

I would even make it myself, if someone would work with me and hold my hand through it.

This is the plane below...

HP p7-1300w
AMD Athlon II X4 650 Quad-core 3.2 Ghz
23" HP Widescreen monitor/19" Dell monitor
Windows 7 Home Premium

1 Gb GeForce GTX 550Ti video card
1 TB RAID Drives

Wow... Looks like a beautiful aircraft Smiley

I think one was done for CFS 2, but it probably won't work in FS9 ???

they have that exact aircraft over at sim-outhouse.com. It's a very detailed model for cfs2, but it works perfectly in fs2002.

The F2G was the ultimate Corsair variation.  It was made by Goodyear under license.  There were actually two different models; the F2G-1 and the F2G-2.  The -1 was the land based version, with a PW R-4360 engine and the -2 was a naval version with folding wings and a tail hook and the same engine.  There were a toal of twenty prototypes made (ten of each) with three known surviving today.  The one above is the only flying example, and is currently housed in a museum in N. Dakota.  The engine has since been upgraded to a R-4800 (4800 Horsepower!).

Beautiful plane.  I saw it in person and was speechless...

I've seen that Super Corsair at the airshow in Oshkosh Wisconsin. Its awesome to watch fly. They did a little racing around the field at Oshkosh. Very fast aircraft. The white prop was made to show the people how fast the prop spins. You can kinda' see the prop in the picture.
Anyways I think a Fs2004 model of it would be great. I used to have the CFS2 model for Fs2002 and then I got rid of it. Now I can't find it at sim-outhouse anymore.

It doesn't work in FS2004 anyhow.  I am attempting to make a model of it, but to be perfectly honest, I suck and don't hold out much hope.

Well, here's a start.  I am actually doing an Air Tractor until I really get competant, but I can't resist tinkering with it.  I've got the basic shape, but honestly, I don't know enough to go any farther.  What the heck; I only got the program two days ago...  Smiley
