I want to be able to speak ATC to another person In a multiplayer session on a local area network (within my house). i have tried roger wilco but was dissapointed with the results.
Also how can i make it so that one person on the network could act as a ATC controller with a ATC screen etc.

Try teamspeak for voice

To act as ATC with radar screen etc there is software available to enable you to do this, cant give you details as I fly online but have not delved into atc as yet.
However try going to
www.vatsim.net
or try IVAO at
http://www.ivao.org/
Downloads are available at both if you can find them though it is all a bit complicated with the software

The VATSIM software is only compatible on the VATSIM Network I believe. The name of the software is ASRC by the way
. Try out ATC Simulator if your interested in being an ATC and hosting online sessions with you as the ATC.
