Is there an F-104 starfighter made specifically for fs2004? Every model I have found is for 2002, and will not operate correctly in 2004.

There are two freeware and one payware Starfighters out for FS2004. Kazanori Ito and Rey Lopez both put out one as freeware. Try here and/or flightsim.com

The payware is by Captainsim. It's not cheap, but worth every penny.
