The A300 is already in the library in the new SGA A300-600 release package, and the 747 will be yours very soon.

Wow. I'm not kidding when I say I thought that first shot was a picture. After I scrolled down I realized I was in the screenshots forum (I always have multiple windows open). Great looking plane, probably a FPS hog, but great nonetheless.

Thanks for the comments.
Hehe, you guys have
got
to quit assuming that just because a plane looks good, it has to be an FPS hog!
The modelers went thru great lengths to make the poly count low and keep the quality up. SGA's planes are noted for looking good while not hurting performance.
As a painter, I take extra steps to ensure the paint won't cause a huge framerate hit either.
I only use 32bit on the fuse (where most of the detail is) and dxt3 on the rest of the parts, making the file size about 60% smaller than if I used all 32bit. Plus I remove mips which reduces the size even further. 8)
Anyway, just try them before you assume they'll kill your machine...you might be surprised!.
