There could be a number of reasons why your planes are not showing up:

1. If you're creating flights of a certain aircraft but the airport doesn't have parking positions for that size of aircraft they won't show up. For e.g. if you create a flight for a 747 from Meigs it most probably won't show up cause Meigs doesn't have parking for large AC.

2. If you're working at a medium size airport, all the available parking spaces might be full by all the other AI.

P.S. One peice of advice regarding callsigns: I noticed you're using e.g. V9-DAA. Don't use the minus sign, cause ATC will say "minus" when calling it out. Use V9DAA.
I don't know what country V9 is for, but if you're from Europe have a look at my site www.geocities.com/r_posl , select my files from the FS2002 link and there you're find a file AI_Europe.
