is there someone who  knows if theres a posibility to conect 3 computers in LAN ,example  i have 2 celeron 1gb that i dont use them, and my pentium 4 i just saw something that would be great if i could interconect them in lan in order to put diferent images for my own done virtual console
cockpit i would like to set the radio in one screen and the gps and the other monitor set inside the console to see the artificial horizont and some other stuff it will look
perfect,maybe i'm a little crazy, does anybody is familiar
with this idea?,can be done?how can i execute fs9 and make the other 2 machines to display it

Hi.  Yes this is VERY possible.

You might want to drop down to the "Homebuild Cockpits" forum and see the threads there on "glass cockpits"...... "multiple monitors" .......  "FSUIPC" "Wide FS"....... "WideView"....... "FSDConnect" ........ and such.   Also check out the various "sites to get you started" threads.   

Also look out for the same type topics in the "Hardware" forum.

The quick answer is that after you have them all networked in the standard fashion you will need a program that lets the computers on the LAN send the info that is needed from FS across the network.

The typical one is FSUIPC combined with WideFS and possibly WideView.  FSUIPC and WideFS are payware for fs2004 by Peter Dowson.  The combo costs about $35 USD.  WideView is freeware.

There is another program that I personally have not used that is a freeware one that is supposed to do the same type thing as FSUIPC.  It is called FSDconnect I believe.

WideView lets multiple machines running the sim to have the "same" situation on them.  So you can have one machine running the sim showing only the exterior front view, one machine only showing the instrument panel, and one machine only showing the GPS panel.... or something like that.  In that usage..... it is sort of a "glass cockpit" setup....but not really...... because the gauges are not really stand alone ones running "outside" the sim.
