Hi Dan:

Do you sit down with the owner of each aircraft to find out what they want and then go from there?

Do you find most people are submitting the ideas they have from Yachts or Motor Homes they have viewed or owned?

I would think keeping weight and balance in mind there are only so many configs available per aeroplane.
