I have noticed a huge FPS drop off with FSUIPC. Does FDS COnnect have the same drop off in performance? Can someone tell me which one is better?

Hi Vagrant,

Havent noticed any big drop using FSUIPC. Haven't used FDSConnect.

I do get a big drop using the USViper panel (to 2-3 FPS)which needs FSUIPC for the Radar, but have found that to be the panel, not FSUIPC.

I use FSUIPC freeware version, so can't speak for the payware with extended features.

Cheers,
Dave

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.          Igor Sikorsky

Hi.  I didn't see much of any change after I installed FSUIPC on my system.  Each new ATI driver seems to hit it.... but not FSUIPC.   Wink
