will it make my 500mhz PIII 128Mb SDRAM computer run fs2002 faster? And can somone explain virtual memory to me?...

You would probably be better off buying some more ram. PC133 ram is pretty cheap and will speed up your computer a little, and will help with shutters in fs2002. You should get a 256 mb or a 512 mb stick.
