we have an ACTIVE DYNAMIC VIRTUAL COCKPIT! Cheesy Cheesy

this means that those who liked the amount of buttons, switches and knobs in the VC, will be even more pleased to know that you will be able click on many of them  Grin Grin Grin

this is due to the great new FS2004 exporting gear, that allows such features to be added

the other good news... we now have gauges in the DVC  Cheesy
not all of them are in place yet but completion draws near Wink

a side note:
'this was my first VC ever... and i couldn't get out of my mind how remarkably easy and relatively mistake-free it was putting the gauges in place.  even though i manually wrote the dvc into the panel.cfg....
i though it would be tremendoulsly difficult to do it because of the many addons released without a DVC that we see out there....'

take a look for yourself:

(the gauges look better in the game tham in this picture because the image had to be resized.)

...

32 animated switches and levers total plus all flight controls

...

the external model had some modifications as well. new broader slats, an improved wingtip and a rounder fuselage so it doesn't look so "oval"

...

when its done, you will be capable of flying full IFR from the dvc without having to switch to the 2d panel.
that's all for now...

c ya

Moach

PS: The plane is gonna be ready pretty soon and i don't have anyone to do the textures. i could learn how to do it myself as i did for everthing else but i don't feel like making this a release for FS2006. i need someone who is good at MAKING textures, not just repaints...
send me a private message if you're up for the task Wink

It overall looks nice...the colour could use some work. The wings look a little big...but it looks to be a good bird. Find that FMS gauge and put it in there. That would look nice. How about a shot of the 2D panel? I would like too see what it looks like. 2D panels are better in my opinion...the DVCs are too unrealistic.

P.S...maybe a compass too. Roll Eyes Wink Nice job.

the wings do look big, that's because it's a new generation 737 and it has extended wings Wink

and of course the colour could use some work, it has no textures! Grin Grin Grin
but i'm no good at making them... i still need someone to help me out Roll Eyes

No offence to Moach, who's done a remarkable job, but dude, you clearly have never flown the PMDG 737...

Mike probably cant fly it like the rest of us because we dont have Cray systems..

anyway as i've said all along moach it looks superb and will be a sure hit. and i agree with you on the vc- i attacked the Hind's vc with switches and stuff recently and its actually surprising to find that its not as difficult as first thought...

still, keep up the good work!
