Thats what I was hoping for Wink

I love the sort of grainy slightly colour washed feel to 50's photos Grin I hope the lens flare wasn't too much lol but I think it turned out well.

Awesome shot! It sort of does look like it's from the 50's (didn't they fly those then?) What airport is that at?

I was looking at it and I noticed something that didn't look quite right.  If you don't mind a little constructive critism, next time maybe you'd try allowing the exhaust to continue on farther in the picture.  By this I mean, that it is so dark that it appears to disappear to fast-mainly for the engines on the port wing.  I'd try and curve the smoke a little so you can see where the plane lifted off because of the smoke and let it appear to trail beyond the photo to the left-but thats just an idea.

I do really like the picture (like I previously said).  The grainy filtering that you did deffinately makes it look like it was taken by an early color camara.

Nah I don't mind the cunstructive criticism Wink

I thought the smoke didn't look quite right. I will try your suggestion in my next edited shot (if it requires smoke that is.)

The airfield is an early USAF/RAF Fairford. The birthplace of the famous RIAT Airshow Grin
