I don't know about the radar question, but I guess to get the back seat view you could edit the line called [view] in the aircraft.cfg file.

In order to make gauges like the radar gauge work. You will need FSUIPC or the other program like it I think it is called FSDSCONNECTION or something like that.
FSUIPC is payware but will allow gauges to use it with out having to register it. Not sure if the other program will work I have that one but do not have the radar gauge you are talking about. I have read that is does the same thing as FSUIPC does.

To see the back seat, click view on the menu, then click instrument panel then select the back seat. Also If I remember right there is a toggle switch on the left hand side of the cockpit window that will take you to the rear seat and you can also select it with one of the shift + #, not sure which number it is.

if you look closely, in the F-14 cockpit is there a gauge like a radar, but in my case, that gauge is off, it doesn´t turn on like the one on the F-16, so, I wonder if that radar can work. or somebody makes it work.

and about the cockpit.....what I have to do in the aircraft.cfg?????

air_santo_domingo,  If you are refering to the gauge in the lower right corner of the cockpit view, that is a dumby weather gauge and does notheing but spin around.
