lol..Adoration came out about a year ago...been copied and in my truck playing most everywhere I go since then...

How many do you really have? I believe that I have all of their CD's going back to the 80's...

Got to see them in concert this past summer, just holding a grudge against them since the didn't play my favorite song that night... (Lord I don't know...)

Love Liberty Disco, Take Me to Your Leader, Not Ashamed, Step Up, Going Public, and Shine The Hits. I thought I was only missing one but aparently two if there's another one. Cry

Every time they have come to a town that I live in I am always, A: Gone out of town, B: Too broke to go, or C: Already have prior commitments that I cant get out of.

Good grief! I'm missing more than I thought, I better trundle on down to Christian Supply.....  Cheesy Cry

I probably had most of those at one time or another, but I haven seen a number of my CD's in awhile now, so who knows. Angry

Edit: I'm sitting here now trying to copy all mine to my hard drive and am discovering that I need some "others" as well. It isn't good when light twinkles through a disc like a christmas tree. Angry Angry Angry

Ok it seems that I'm not going to get the answer I was looking for even though Jared and Iced have helped a little more than needed Wink BTW those are good albums!!

The reason I asked this question and wanted only one cd from each reply, by each person (Not a cd for every reply from the same person Iced  Grin) Was because this forum has such a wide variety of people from different places, backgrounds, ages, walks of life etc. That I wanted to assemble of collection of music of all kinds for my daughter who just turned 11 years old. Her mother has her listening to only Country (which I can't stand!) and I feel she is missing out on the experiance music should be.
I have given her albums by KISS, The Beatles ( she love the White Album!), Music from Mozart and other classical, Simon and Garfunkel, John Tesh, Enya, a lttle of everything.
But I though it would be neat to get ideas of the stuff you all listen too, that might be something that I haven't heard and that she might enjoy. So it is also to benifit myself also. Of course i have to be a little carefull to what I let her hear, I know some of the stuff you guys/gals might list isn't suitable for a 11 year old! But list it anyway, when she is old enough i'll let her make the desicion as to whether or not she wants to hear it.
So if you like please add your 1 cd to the list, so I can compile a collection to give too her, yeah with everyone here it might be costly, but to me nothing is to expensive for my daughter, especially when it comes to enriching her mind and life!!!

Yeah I know have a few of them, some other favorite "God Rock" , I love that Jeremy Camp disc! And Todd Agnew has a good one also! The most recent Petra is as good as it gets as for as the return to a more "80's metal" sound.
But I really like any song with a message, especially if it ROCKS!

Fret,I wouldn't recommend the music,.which I listen to to her. At least not yet. Wait 'till she's 17 or older, since Emo(core)/Hardcore ain't everybody's cup o' coffee. Let her go through the Britney/X-Tina/whatever-she-likes phase first. I don't think that you can get an 11 year old listen to the 1960s stuff. When she's sick of it and she asks you what you'd recommend on music, you can give her some tips. But don't try "forcing" something on her just because you think it's good.
