*PS. Most British car companies are now either French, German or US owned - even famous names like Rolls-Royce, Bentley & Jaguar. Bentley Motors is now owned by Volkswagen. Ironic ain't it.

Note the phrase "better off than the other". If I hit  someone in our F-350 with bash bars driving anything less than another large truck or suv, they are going to be gone.

Yes, once you start going over past Poland and Switzerland it will start blending together for most Americans, but we know where everything is west of there.

And as for the durability, LandRover made 1.7 million series I, II and III landrovers. Over 70% of those vehicles are still on the roads. And they were all built between 1950 and 1980. For durability you can't beat one of those.
