I have tried for many months to try and get an aircraft to take-off, fly and land without me doing anything i.e autopilot. Ive got autopilot do to the take-off and fly but i cant quite get it to land. I know it is more fun to fly an aircraft by hand but i wouldn't mind knowing how to get and aircraft to land using autopilot (if you can) .

No aircraft is capable of doing a takeoff with he autopilot, at least what I know of.
However you make use of the flight director and follow its commands, then at some thousand feet, you can engage the autopilot.
You can only do a fully automatic landings on runways equipped with an ILS (intrument landing system).
Like Junior said, search on the forum, you'll find LOTS of posts regarding that matter

Takeing off and flying via autopilot is easy (except for the taxiing). I have managed to land using the autopilot, but a successfull landing is dependant on a few things. Obviously you need ILS
- If the weather conditions i.e. crosswind is very low,
- if you know the appropriate final approach and landing speed. I use abt 170kts for Airbus A320, Boeing 737.
If you come in too fast you have a nose down attitude which is not good. If you come in too slow your approach will be in steps (the aircreft allmost stalls then dips down, catches speed and then almost stalls again, ...).
I have managed to do a complete AUTOMATIC flight, from taxiining to taxiing.

Try using Fsnavigator, it might work better for the autoland part.
I could be wrong but as far as I know, a real plane can't taxi to gate/runway using the autopilot.
