I finally got a repaint of Aviateca´s 737-300. Loved them, since they were the last planes flown by our now defunct national airline.
Anyway, decided to give it a try from Guatemala to TNCM (love that airport). Also, to try the new scenary (finally got it!!!) of TNCM. Still have a problem with 2 runways, but what the heck, it´s hell of a lot better than the fs2k2 default scenary. Hope you like them.
On approach, almost aligned... D*mn, I really miss ILS here!
A view from the passangers cabin, spoilers deployed, and reversers engaged. A view of the terminal in the background.
Making contact for the first time in this beautiful airport. Hotels and a crane in the background.
A view from the tower, displaying this most beautiful livery
Parked at the gate. Loved the rotating beacon on the bottom of the plane. The effect of the light rotating was pretty cool for me.
Hope you liked them.
Frank.

Well, as a matter of fact, Aviateca doesn´t fly anywhere now. They were absorbed by the TACA group. R.I.P.
And no, Aviateca never flew to those places. I just joined my fav plane to date to my fav airport.

Well, as a matter of fact, when I fly, I practically never leave the cockpit view, and in there, the frame rates stay at about 14-15 fps. That´s why I usually fly the approach first, and then take the shots in instant replay. However, when I choose any view other than cockpit, well the frame rates drop a lot. MUST get a new PC, or at least a decent graphics board....

Yea, well if you change your target frames to 20fps then it will make it run better.

Tried it.... no good at all. It became even slower... I´m thinking about LOWERING the target fps... maybe then it will run slow but kinda smooth... when I raised the tergeted fps, it was all jerky....
Thanks for the advice, though....
