strange approach at Las Vegas Intl. yesterday. a 747 got clearance to land R, the YF-23 got L. unfortunately the 747 also took the left one...

result: the jumbo had to go around while i was able to take some interesting photos.  Wink

nice shots at sunrise in my old hometown! Watch out for the wake turbulence! I fly KLAS-KLAX-KLAS all the time. if you fly in vegas a lot, I have a 30m LOD10 terrain mesh of the vegas and lake mead areas that are stunning. PM me if you're interested.
