I understand your frustration...... all those columns of numbers are pretty hard to keep track of.

Do a search and get either of the freeware programs YRoute or AI Traffic Mover.  These two programs are both "front ends" for TTools.  You get to work with an interface that is designed for humans.....not computers  .  Locations, aircraft, times, altitudes, and so on are more like "plain text" than codes.

The two programs are quite different in their features...... and I wish I could combine them both into one.  But either will make your task easier.
