ok i know this should be known and else, but i have a question about the mission builder. It seems that every time i pit some ai planes in my mission they all plunge to the earth. If i make a fligth with scorts, they go right to the planet, no flying at all. If i want to shoot down some foes, ,they even appear, all i got is the message that they went down too. Aparently it looks like their engines are not on, so they just glide down to earth. Any comments on this, and suggestions please.
best regards

2 things that happen to me: 1) I forget to place altitudes in the aircraft and waypoint icons - that puts 'em 500 feet off the ground. In uneven terrain whammo! In they go.
2) Some 3rd party aircraft don't work well in mission builder (as AI aircraft) Jets especially - on occasion they'll nosedive down as the starting speed is too low.
To sum up: Check your AI plane's start speed is above their stall speed; and check you've set your altitudes correctly; right from WP1.
Hope that helps!

Check the starting altitude and speed for ai planes. Also check that you dont want the ai to climb from 500 feet to 10 000 feet between waypoints 1 mile from another. Too big altitudechanges may make ai to crash.
