In all the aircraft there are sound files that say things like "200ft" how do you get the sim to say this on approach.

On simviation there used to be a helicopter under FS2002 section that shouted out your height as you landed.  U may be able to download this and copy the part of the .cfg file with the sounds into the aircraft file u want.  Hope this helps

That's a call of your altitude. It's part of the TCAS (Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System). There is also the GPWS (Ground Proximity Warning System) that will call actions to take if you are heading into ground.

I've seen a couple of aircraft with these systems installed; I haven't tried these personally.

There are some gauges that will 'read-out' your alt.

You can use a panel editor to insert one, im not sure of the gauge names though.
