The Royal Armed Forces Virtual is a members only user group for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 and FS2004.

The sole purpose of this organisation is to reproduce as accurately as possible the peacetime military activities of the United Kingdom's Royal Air Force & Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm.  All operations are conducted in a real time, multiplayer environment.  The aim of the RAFv is to encompass all the real world RAF and RN flight regimes together with realistic live Military Air Traffic Control, Wep's Range Control and Fighter Control both Ground & AWACS.

The RAFv offers a unique solution to online Flight Simulation by the use of its own Private Internet Servers, these Servers provide the medium in which Multiplayer Flight Operations are flown.

The Royal Armed Forces Virtual provides a mature and professional environment where teamwork and discipline are encouraged in an addictive, challenging and enjoyable atmosphere.  The RAFv Chain of Command ensures smooth running and its members can enjoy a true military environment.

Royal Armed Forces Virtual has been in existance for over 12 months and prides itself on its excellent fleet of aircraft provided by DSB Design and AP Designs.  Most of which, such as scenery and aircraft are the latest versions from the designers and not currently available to the public.

Due to a new Russian Virtual Military Organisation joining our servers, RAFv is recruiting more members to counter this new group.

So if Air Defence of the UK or NATO allies is your bag, or even performing strike missions is more your cup of tea, RAFv has it all!

From Support and Transport missions through to AWACS and beyond, RAFv strives to provide an enjoyable and exciting aspect to the flight simulation hobby.
