When I am on the runway with any of the aircrafts, they always veer to the left (rolling before take off) even with the controls centered. What may be causing this?

With prop a/c could be torque and gyro effect, either counter with rudder or reduce the effects in a/c realism settings.

Could be joystick calibration. Re-calibrate.

Could be rudder trim. Check it.

Could be cross-wind. Counter with rudder or reduce in weather settings.
