After i Cut out the Alorons Rudder and flaps
Seems in 3dmax everything is Perfect!

(affecting obects only)
Link everything then material.
And export.Only to find all the Flaps and Alerons
Missaligned.
when i exoprt theres no errors
One thing i did find though thats strange....
when i adust Pivot(Affectcting Pivot Only)
the Flap Moves Anyway! wich i know it shouldn't do,,,,
such as my Life ,were did i go wrong? lol

Try selecting say an aileron, be sure it is NOT linked to anything and place the pivot where you want it and align to world. Next apply an XFormReset and collapse that parts stack. Then re-rotate the pivot aligning it to your hinge line and relink as necessary.

So you do NOT do an "align to object" but have to manually align the pivot to the desired hinge line?
