I was just looking through airliners.net, and I came upon this airport----

http://www.airliners.net/open.file?id=517997

How come when I go into FS, there's no China, and when I use the airport code, VMMC, it doesn't work either? ???

Man, the timing... I noticed their "most popular" shot as well and tried to go land there. Nope, same problem. Sad
Looks sweet in the photo.

Yea, though our country transits through the international airspace of death, we shall fear no evil, for You are with us, Your fighter and your bomber, they comfort us.

It does exitst.  I flew there the other day after seeing that very same shot on a.net.  I often use the 4 letter airport code like you mentioned, but when I did it the other day, I just typed in 'macau' as the name of the airport.  ???  Wink

Not to doubt you, but there really no china under the country list?  that seems hard to beleive, since it's such a prominent country in the world.  I'll go investiate....

Hmm there was a similar problem in FS2k2, FS use only international codes, and what is on the net (by locals usually) is their local code, this seems to cause the conflict. If in doubt search for the name Wink

China is indeed in FS2004..Macau Intl/VMMC is also.

The prob with searching Macau Intl, VMMC is it is listed under Country/Region>Macau SAR(Special Administrative Region), not China.

Hope that helps...

Cheers,
Dave
