101067 isn't at the depot...it went back to the Minnesota ANG after the lease expired.

There is a copy of '067 in North Bay on a pedestal...I think it was '054 originally.

The other colour birds went to museums or to pedestal duties.

I should point out that the model is wrong for '067. '067 was configured as an EW platform and had a bunch of extra bumps because of it. '067 also had an EW emitter in place of the IR dome on the nose...generally the same shape, but smaller.

Thanks Guys, for the information.  And there she is "HawkOne" sittin at 19 Wing, Comox, one base I never spent time at.......  Thanks for the pic, Rifleman - Thats a keeper.  Now if I could only find the Black, CF100 All Weather Fighter, (Can't remember its name)(Age you know does that)  that was used for EW in the 70/80s.  I saw that one fly but never did see the Electric VooDoo but had a boss who flew em.  Thanks once again

The black Clunk was supposed to go to the Museum in Ottawa. That paint scheme was only applied as part of the Clunk Close out ceremonies...it was done to honour the original CF-100 prototype. A second CF-100 was done up in the European camo scheme that it wore in Europe...that bird served time as a Gate Guardian at CFB Baden-Sollingen until the base was closed. I think it ended up in either Cold Lake or Winnipeg.

...

...

Isn't that CF-101 a duplicate? Comox had a "Hawk One" while the real one (second generation) was still flying. Maybe they replaced the duplicate of the original with the flying duplicate?

Confused yet?

There were two seperate "Hawk One" A/C. They were seperated by about 20 years.

He He He.  It appears all I have to do is ask.  Thanks SilverFox.  I have seen the "Black Clunk" - That name doesnt ring a bell tho'- flyin EW on exercises.  I loved that plane (The pics are definitely keepers for my collection)

BTW, SilverFox was another nickname hung on me for awhile (when I was greyin' out)  ha ha
Thanks tons

They might be....but I got these from the Sqdn photo gallery. Smiley

You should have seen the black bird while it was sitting in the hanger at North Bay...it had an unauthorized rabbit head applied with white paper to one side of the V-stab. Smiley

You can read about an available (payware from Alphasim) CF-100 for FS-2002 (should work in  2004) here: http://simviation.com/cfs/reviews/CF100/
