I recently downloaded a new toy- the Bell AH-1F Cobra  Here are some pics of my test flight at KBDL:

Are you using FS2002 or FS9?  That is a pretty cool chopper!  You are right you don't want to be on the receiving end of that beast.  Proudly serving whoop-a** since 1965.

the cobra may be outdated,but it still looks better than those fat apaches. Wink

As far as I know that project is still going, as to when it will be out, no clue.
 

A poet, A virtual Pilot, and a member of Civil Air Patrol. Now if only.....&&&&Current ride, a 1972 Honda CT70 with a 3-speed transmition w/ and automatic clutch. So far i've gotten it to do 40mph.

That helicopter is suppose to work in FS2002 and was uncompatible with FS9. Did you do something to the CFG or Air file to allow it to fly in FS9.

Or is this another model designed for FS9 totally. Can you please provide the link to where you got this baby from. I wanted a Super Cobra assault helicopter, But I will be happy with the regular cobra helicopter!

Don't you guys watch DISCOVERY WINGS channel. The RAH66-Comanche is slated for full deployment in 2006, right now they are still testing it. For more information go to the discoverywings website and findout.

It WAS slated for deployment in 2006.  Now, much to the dismay of the avuiation community, it is slated for the 'what could have been' list.
