Check the SimV and AVSIM downloads. I think that's where I got my Cessna 152. A lot of Cessnas are modeled in the default aircraft so you don't see a whole bunch for download. There are some modified Aircraft.cfg files though that tweak the default Cessnas to be a little more realistic. Don't remember where though.

Also there's a great Cessna 195 called "Shakey Jake" at AVSIM. I've flown it and it's a beautiful airplane with lots of add on texture downloads available.

The left pull is caused by several factors. First is the torque of the engine and then there is the wind slipstream spiraling over the fuselage from the prop. That causes real aircraft to pull slightly to the left. I think though that MS over did it. I've flown Cessnas and I've never had to hold full rudder to keep it in line with the runway. Also in a real plane the effect gets less pronounced as you gain speed. In ACOF however it seems to increase. You might try setting your realism slider down a notch. The "Full Realism" in ACOF is a little overstated in my opinion.
