I tried installing this and it wouldn't run. It said i needed MSXML 4 to run so i tried installing MSXML 4. I downloaded all 5 files, extracted everything and ran the install exe and it had an error and aborted the install. ??? Throwing hands up in the air now.

Although it appears that MS has relegated many of it's FS2004 support pages to some obscure, dusty archive,
the download links to the SDK are still available at the Scenery Hall of Fame (Scenery.org).
