My FS98 had a Sopwith Camel , that I have succussfully crashed until it is little more than sticks and feathers.  Has anybody seen an updated version for MSFS2004 ? I'm also looking for a Tiger Moth  specifically , and biplanes in general .  How about a Stearman (I saw one on JAG).  Regards.........Terry Wink

Hi Terry, well there is an excellent Stearman here in 2k2 downloads that should work perfectly in FS9.
Have a search for Lynn and Bill Lyons Custom Classic Aircraft, they have a fabulous freeware Moth (there is also a Moth here in 2k2 downloads Wink).
The Camel, well there was an FS2k2 version, but it was just updated from 2k, your best bet is to try either a CFS2 version, or I think we might have one here again in 2k2 downloads that should work fine.

Happy flying
Ozzy Wink

there WAS another sopwith camel for CFS2... made in GMAX. no idea where it went, but it was way better than the default one

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here

This is the best Tiger Moth for FS2002/4. IMHO

John Woodside flies them & knows the old Tiger intimately. I worked on & flew them myself & can vouch for their accuracy,  Wink

Thanks chum .  Went there , but haven't  been  able to come up with the downloads yet .  There's lots of stuff out there and what it takes to find it is a little push .  This is quite addictive, isn't it ?  See you.....Terry.

I wouldn't usually send you to another site but this one is a must. IMHO
Go to the Avsim File Library http://library.avsim.net/ & type < tiger moth > in the search box. The file description is FS2002 De Havilland Tiger Moth Collection (dh82tmc.zip).
This is an exceptional piece of work by anyone's standards. With the included Mike Hambly sound pack you can almost smell the oil. Wink
It works fine in FS9 but the CG could do with a tweak to avoid using a lot of down trim. Most FS2002 aircraft in FS9 have this little problem.

PS. This is just one of 11 possible variations over my local airport in FS9.

Unfortunately I don't have any such persons to hand. Wink

Seriously, I think doing this with a small tweak in Aircraft.cfg would fix it.
