Hello,
I am new to the forum, but have been enjoying alot of the posts and have been learning alot. I was wondering why I cannot see the rotors or propellors turning on my fly buddy's a/c and he cannot see mine.
I have the "send and recieve details" checked in the multi-player settings and he does also.
Thanks,
SoyoMan

Hi SoyoMan welcome to SimV.
Right this is an issue with FS, props etc are effects, and there is no way to transfer effects between machines in MP sessions. So if your friend puts his smoke on only he'll see it. You can see your prop spinning, he can only see his. Alas there is no cure for this.

Sorry
Ozzy

Thanks a bunch for the help. I can stop playing around with all of the settings now. I do have one more question. My flying buddy will sometimes sees me flying in an aircraft that I am not in, even though we make sure we have all of the same a/c so this should not happen. He has his multiplayer settings on "send & recieve detailed a/c info".  Thanks again for the quick response to my other question.

Your friend will only be able to see your aircraft if he's got the same exact plane in his own hangar.  (And vice versa if you want to see his...)
