In 1994 Qantas reintroduced scenic flights to Antarctica, the first since 1979. These flights were an outstanding success. This years flights will operate from Perth, Sydney and Melbourne from November 2003 through to February 2004.

Good Day Ladies and Gentelmen, this is Captain loyed from the flight deck, Todays flight will track us past the city of Melbourne, then a short flight over Bass straight to the west coast of Tasmania, thoes people seated on the left of the aircraft will have a clear view of the island as we fly passed, the people on the right will have a great view of the backs of the heads of the people on the left....

Ladies and gentelmen the captain has turned off the seat belt sighn and you are free to move about the cabin, soon the cabin crew will comence the Bar and meal service, we ask that you return to your seat.......
