I know this is a loaded question, but IF I were willing to pay someone to build me a virtual airplane for FS9, what would be a fair amount to offer?
The more I look into doing this on my own, the more I realize it is way over my time and pc ability.

Thanks,
Corey

JK, well you probably got to ask the person that you are paying, like how much he wants for an aircraft. Honostly no one else can tell you how much you should pay him

There are those in the FS world that will build an aircraft just because someone suggested it.

Are you looking for something to have for yourself exclusively, or are you looking for something that you just can't find and really would like to see?  What aircraft is it, specifically?

I am building a scale replica of a Voisin 5. Should be flying by this September. I would like to have it in FS9 to demonstrate it to those interested and maybe, just maybe, get an idea as to how it will fly. I have the FS98 plane by Andrew Hall and have been able to get it to fly in FS9, but its just rigged to fly, not fly as I have designed it. I have messed with the .air file, but it just confuses me the more I change it. Plus, it would be nice if it had moving controls, a visible prop, round tires, etc.
I would love to learn how to build sim planes, but with my time spent building my prototype, plus my real job, plus newsletter editor for my local EAA chapter, it just isn't going to happen. I know that building sim planes takes a lot of time and know how. I don't think I could afford the raw time and skill, but if someone would be interested in building this, I would offer something. Maybe to pay for the latest version of FS9 or something like that.
I have tried to contact the original designer, but he doesn't seem to be around anymore and the email addy I have bounced. His name doesn't show in any CURRENT forums or search engines.
If you tell me what you need, I can supply parameters to anyone interested. The FS98 plane is still available for download in a couple places.
Four or five years ago I played with it alot in CFS 1. It didn't fly well at all.

Thanks for the responses,
Corey

StormTrooper,
I knew it would be close to that amount Wink
