Hello,

Does anyone experience this, when your screen will like "juke" if you will or will like shift.

It happens especially when I am outside or looking out a side window.

Does anyone else experience this if so what did you do to fix the problem???

Don't fully understand what you mean, do you mean jump around, this could be because your PC is running without enough active memory, try to run as few programmes as possible.
