Does anyone know how to have the ATC utitilze more than one runway at given airport?  For example, KOAK has one strip devoted to commercial flights, and another (actually 3) for general aviation.  When taxiing for takeoff or waiting for my turn to land, I'd rather not share the space with the big birds in my little Cessna/Mooney/whatever I feel like flying that day.

I'm no expert, but I don't know if you can. I know it can be done in FS9. I feel the same as you. Nothing like setting up for a good landing and hearing the roar of a 737 right behind you  Grin

From what I've read in this forum, F$ uses the longest runway no matter what.  ATC will have you land at either end, depending on the wind direction, but still on the longest runway.  It won't use other runways unless you trick F$ into thinking that the shorter runway is actually longer.  Other Simviants might tell you how in a later post.  I just can't remember off the top of my head.  It has to do with AFCAD and making the shorter runway longer.
