The 46th Design Team is pleased to announce the release PBMay's newest repaint for FirePower's B-17G. This is not a repaint based on any particular historical aircraft. Rather, it is one that allow you to configure and customize the plane's look for your own tastes and/or uses.
Just like the stock cfs3 aircraft, you can select the colors for the nose/spinners, wingtips, vertical stabilizer and horizontal stabilizer. Just use the "Paint Aircraft" button on the Select Aircraft dialog box. Make them any color you wish. On this same screen
you can also select Identifier Letters that will be displayed on the vertical stabilizer. This is a self installing file.
ALSO, PB has put together a packet of Noseart especiall for this aircraft. They takes advantage of the improved Noseart display included with the v1.07 FP update. This allow for much finer detail and brighter colors. This packet includes 8 different nosearts, and they will work on any B-17G repaint 46th-Design offers, as well as the original FirePower B-17G, and should work on any other repaint as long as there is nothing conflicting on the base texture sheet in the same location. There are example pictures of all choices on our website.
