Take off / Go Around Mode what does this do for your aircraft it is on the throttles?

Edit: The real position of the 737 TOGA button is on the front side of the throttle levers, so it's impossible to see them from the captain's seat, hence the need for a nifty little button on the piedestal on the default 737
