It seems appropriate with the writing on the side of the plane "Quieter, smoother"
Maybe they should add "flashier"
I wonder what that sounds like from the inside? Bet the passengers were freaking out!!

I believe it was a test flight. If I recall, they were testing the jets minimum takeoff speed.

Looks more like the testing of the skid plate which is found in the location that plane is "wiping itself" in case this sort of thing happens non-intentionally.
