How can I add virtual cockpit to the *.mdl already done?

Not possible without the original source file I'm afraid.

Hagar's right.

Without the source file, it's impossible to add the VC to the *.mdl file.

Besides, the *.mdl file is a compiled file. Therefore, you CAN'T import it to either Gmax, FSDS, 3D Studio Max, or whatever.
