Yep, this latest version by Dino is impressive. The only letdowns are what he points out himslf in the readme file, the lack of moving nozzels.
The other down point for it is the wing, flap movement.
Would have been real nice to have the diffrent wing sweep angles selectable via the flap controls.
I think this is a great model, but i don't think it will knock Kirks viper off the top of the table.

She's a nice bird, as for those mirrors and different wing angles: do what I did.

I repainted the mirror texture so that it appears grey.
(I know they should be shiny, but I could only get them transparent with the alpha textures)

The different wing angles was pretty easy too. I just added more lines to the flaps text in the aircraft config file.

I only added one extra angle; this is because I'd forever be trying to pick a position for the wings ingame.
But if you want more, I would gladly add some.

Open the aircraft.cfg file in notepad, or whatever text editor you use,
and replace the the existing lines of text (near the bottom of the file) with the following.

Quote:
[Flaps.0]
type=1
span-outboard=0.400
extending-time=6.000
system_type=0
damaging-speed=450.000
blowout-speed=600.000
lift_scalar=0.120
drag_scalar=0.35
pitch_scalar=0.000
flaps-position.1= 10.000, 0.000
flaps-position.2= 26.000, 0.000
flaps-position.3= 39.992, 0.000

[Flaps.1]
type=1
span-outboard=0.400
extending-time=3.000
system_type=0
damaging-speed=450.000
blowout-speed=600.000
lift_scalar=0.120
drag_scalar=0.35
pitch_scalar=0.000
flaps-position.1=0.000, 0.000
flaps-position.2=0.000, 0.000
flaps-position.3=75.000, 0.000
flaps-position.4= 100.000, 0.000
