It's the carrier HMNZS Waikato - it's a real hoot!
You start from the hangar deck
I couldn't find my way out so I flew out through the opening in the side of the ship!. Next thing a flight of Hawks, I think it was, blasted by.
Looking back at the ship you can see clouds of steam rising, F15s doing circuits and a Harrier landing!
This is a closer shot of the main deck, with men and vehicles
Ah, almost forgot about the AWACS circling overhead....
and the heli that lands and takes off again!
Pity about the wakes - may need to see if the bmps can be cleaned up.
A lot of fun. The file's waikato1.zip

Since when does the US Navy use sailboats in a battlegroup? Cut-backs? Must be scary for the enemy ...

Obviously after paying for HMNZS Waikato they couldn't afford a proper escort.

That must have a fantastic effect on the frame rates.
Looks good though.

I know you can get versions for both fs02 and 04 at Avsim if it's not here.
For any developer/designer reading this, I can confirm that if you are NOT uploading at Simviation you're crazy.
From experience I KNOW that Simv gets MORE THAN TWICE the download numbers than other comparable so-called 'leading' flightsim sites
The proof of the pudding...blah ..blah
BTW
Can't do anything about the dark rectangle around the wakes. What you're seeing is the
shadow
of a transparent polygon which is just above the surface of the water. Pity.
