i dont know if its this way with all ff sticks, but mine is really loose. if you pull it back it wont snap back into position real quick and tight like my older joystick. when i go into the screen where you can increase the center spring strenght, i couldn't believe what i found- there was no OK button! no way to save the things that you had changed. does anyone else have the 3d ff? could you shed some light on this, its really starting to annoy me.

I have but mine moves back to position.  It is only loose when it is not switched on.  Do you have profiler software for yours there is a load if stuff that can be changed including spring.

I just X out, that saves it, and just go back and double check it Wink

PS- This also has to do with the FF3-d

If you let it go in fid flight, will your joystick start bouncing around? Mine does that, no matter what plane I am in... It even happens alot when I am on autopilot, I have not tried adustiong any of the profiller settings, and btw, do you need to have the profiler running for the joystick to operate correctly? It is never on, and when I restart my computer, it doesn't auto load

thanks a lot Smiley

You can adjust center spring strength in Logitech's Wingman profiler...BUT... you must launch FS from profiler for the settings to be utilized.

I never have run the profiler whilst playing fs.  I never need it.  My stick only jolts around when i have put the aircraft into a difficult manouvre or hit turbulence... or a building... ground... another aircraft... er... sea...
Apart from that it stays straight and good.  I have no probs with it.  It works excellently.

err, ya, it would defently jump around when you hit the ground!!!! lol Grin Smiley 8)

Mine will jump around when e ver it wants to, it is  likke the feedback pushes it too far forward, then too far back, then that pushes it to the side, and that just continues, it moves like that every about err 1/2 of a second if I let go Sad I dont think that is realistic.... But I guess "you get what you pay for" Angry   but still, I dont think it should do that !!!

Thankyou very much

ok, i was out for a while-something they call "midterm week". not to be worried about, its nothing serious or important.  anyway, by profiler im going to assume you mean the logitech menu from the startup menu.  also, ive tried x-ing out of it. it doesnt work. thanks for the responses, it did better than my last topic.

If you have wingman profiler software get the main screen for that up and then change all the settings in that and make sure it is for fs9.  Then start fs9 up from the profiler software it should work.
