I don't believe there is a current version available, but there is one available that is for either FS02 or FS2000.  Try searching at another site, as I tried here and I couldn't get any good hit.

Well, I followed the link and there wasn't an Air Force One texture set there.  I'm also concered about using a FS2002 or older plane... any of them I've tried I loose all the extra stuff and the textures look bad.

Okay, the first link, its right there at the top, second one down.

Second link its between the FS2002 TAM AIRBUS A330-200 and the FS2002 BAe 146-200/AVRO RJ 85.

The first one is for the Meljet 747 and the second is for the default version in FS2002, but should work on the FS2004 version.
