make sure you are putting it in the correct  folder. If you have a "world" folder in the add-on folder than I believe its a mistake

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\scenery

Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) ,2.70 gigahertz AMD Phenom II X6 1045T(6-core), two HD (1TB and 500GB), 8gb RAM, ATI Radeon HD 5570,

They belong in...

X:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\Scenery
(Where X is, replace that with the hard drive letter in which FS9 is installed).

Also, what changes are you referring too? If you mean additional AI aircraft, you have to physically add AI flight plans using TTools v2.02 or download packs from places like www.projectai.com.  The AFCAD files only change some of the physical appearance of the airport and adds additional parking places for the AI aircraft.

afcads won't add anything besides parking spots. If you're looking for static or parked planes then you will need to add flight plans for these afcads.

If there is an airshow with in 2 states of me I'm there&&...&&&&
