This new server you've swapped to 'Fortune City':
I don't know what it's like on your end, but I keep getting 'popups' advertising all their stuff! 

So many that it makes it almost impossible to see what's happening on the page. 

I don't know who you were with before but thgis mob aare a bit 'ripe' with the adverts - Or have you got pop-ups and banners set that way on purpose?? 

As for having a forum where there is an unlimited post rate for images. That's all well and good, but if your forum brcomes popular, you'll have to impose the same limits as SimV or the thing will never move (that's why the limits are there, so the Site isn't slowed down by too much 'image drag'.
