Hi im working on the windows now and have find some page about reflective transparent windows

i have read that for making reflective and transparent windows i have to make 2 texture red:0 green:0 blue:0 (its black)
then aply an alpha chanel tho the texture like 128 or 235 at this time no trouble whit that but after that he talk about material texture ??? im abit confuse can some body help ?
(it's FSDSv2 - for material I used diffuse color 255/255/255/4 and ambient color 247/247/247, polygone smoothing on - nothing else - for textures two 512 x 512 bitmaps with color 0/0/0, on top (outside) transparancy setting 128 and bottom (inside) transparancy setting 235. )
