The only LOT repaints I can find are either payware, or for FS98.

Have you considered making your own?

There are many great tutorials here on this site that will tell you how to do just that : http://www.simviation.com/fsdhelp.htm

I remember there being a LOT 737 repaint for FS2002 and I think it's actually on this site.

I'm not sure if it will be compatible with FS2004, but give it a try Tongue

.
