another awesome program for voice ($0.00  Smiley and free of adware/spyware) is Skype ( www.skype.com ) i use it to do long distance to family in the united states and on 56k it is still prefectly clear (better than a normal phone call) but it is rather laggy, but on broadband  it sounds better than a phone call and is nearly instant.  Cheesy

Roger Wilco is a very good on-line comms software, I use it alot playing FPS with friends, big advantages to be had! lol

No.. not an Apple guy.. no matter how you slice it.. that architecture is 1/2 as fast and twice the price of PC's (you couldn't get an Apple foot-warmer for $800)

LINUX is my Windows alternative, but alas..  so little software.  XP (fully updated) is "usable", and we really have no choice, anyway   Cry
