Almost all the guidance types have been added into patch two.
And with the new weapons pack available for download, such small targets are easy to hit.

The bomb itself isn't flyable.
"Where'd I get it," by this I assume you mean the bomb. I got the bomb and others here.
But if by chance you mean the sim itself; you could probably pick it up from your local software store.

Wow I think I may just have to get this game.

When it came out it looked awful but since all these patches have come out it looks amazing. That F-4 shots is incredible.
