Hi all!

After a good night of sleep, i went back to the airport of Vagar ( Faroer). I had booked another flight on Altlantic Airways today, to Reykjavik ( Iceland)

The weather was a whole lot better, so it was a pleasant flight.

I met Olaf, the captain of my last flight again. He let me look inside the cabin, and told me a bit avbout his job. I'll miss the guy, he's a very good pilot.

Some pictures:

Take-off from Vagar
...

Take a good look, cause you won't be seeing this one for a while!
...

After about 40 minutes of flight, we reached the coast of Iceland
...

We decended and prepared to go into the pattern
...

On the runway, rather smooth
...

At the gate! Farewell to my friend Olaf and the Atlantic Airways crew.
...

Tomorrow i hope to catch a flight to Greenland. Well, i am of to find a hotel! See ya!

Lovely plane, very clear paintjob, and I still love those FS9 water textures.

Very well done, I'll be looking for the next installment Grin

Well, J41 Go to www.avsim.com

There you'll find a library of downloads

Search for Atlantic Airways and they'll give you some results. Among them there is an Atlantic Airways & Faroer Islands Pack.

You'll have the Bae ( Model and textures) and some Ai files, which i didn't use ( i am lasy and only use Pai-packages)

Enjoy!

Nice to meet someone from that compagny! I loved the Faroer islands! Hard landingspot though  Smiley

I find the base aircraft to be cool with the exception of the really unrealistic looking cockpit and the fact it has no virtual cockpit either. But I am thinking about canning this one do to its lack of beauty on the inside.
